Visas:
Many countries are listed on South Africa’s exemption list – if you have a passport from one of these countries, you do not need a port of entry visa. There may still be a fee to pay when you enter.
To secure a visa for South Africa, you will an apply online for an eVisa South Africa.
Lodging/Accommodations:
The local planning committee will publish a list of conference hotels. Participants are also free to make other arrangements, but conference transportation may not be provided if you stay at other locations. That information will be published at a later date.
Transporation to and from Accommodations – To be determined. Be aware that conference planners may need your contact information and travel itinerary to assist with transportation.
Local Tourism Sites – The WCTE planning committee will provide information for any excursions at a later date.
